I need to stop using the excuse that I can’t afford it…I know that it’s worth the money for the classes and I won’t practice by myself so I need to do this for me…

Hot Yoga, I miss you 3 years ago

I loved doing Birkham’s Yoga but it’s soo expensive and impossible to do outside of a yoga studio. I would go everyday and got in the best shape of my life and then I traveled to europe, amazing. But when I came back just couldn’t afford it. Then I transfered to a university and I am now in the worse shape of my life. But I know if I started doing yoga again, I would feel a hundred times better…..so soon I need to do this
