I’ve been in and around water all my life but never progressed beyond the doggie paddle or as I call it the kitty kat panic! I discovered a dvd that teaches a natural approach to swimming… I just have to get to a pool on a regular basis to practice. Girlfriend wants to get back to swimming as well, so this could happen. Maybe join ymca or something…
