I binged, I guess. And I got REALLY sick. My body has been sending me loud and clear messages! When I eat unhealthy for a day or two, I’m okay. Any more than that and I really FEEL it!
Funnily, it’s only since starting to exercise and live healthier that I’ve really noticed this. You know, I’m going to go work out right now…I’ve really grown to love it. :)
