I’ve been waking up and remembering little parts of dreams lately. Before, I could hardly remember any part of a dream for months at a time. Now, just about everyday I can remember part of a dream or a maybe even a few. They’re all weird and so far from reality, but still… its a start. I still havent begun thinking about it before I go to sleep nor have I written anything down that I remember. I’ve been pretty stressed recently so maybe its all because I dont sleep very soundly. I’m working on a better diet and exercising so I can sleep better. Going to sleep around the same time and waking up around the same time will help too. Then maybe, just maybe, I’ll start to really remember my dreams

is to start out by thinking about remembering my dreams before i go to sleep. then trying to remember them when i wake up. i know how my body and mind work, so this has to be the first step. i’m confident that i’ll get it, but it’s gonna take some time
