I saw a photo of myself the other day, and while my body and fashion sense was looking awesome, my eyes were droopy and there were large bags under my eyes. I looked pretty awful actually.
Most of the time I’m not getting enough sleep because I’m procrastinating, which is quite stupid.
I need to change, I want to change, I would to look after myself the best way I can and that means getting at least 8 hours sleep in a 24 hour period. I read somewhere it takes a 30-40 days to make a habit. So when I get back to college I aim to have 40 straight days of getting 8 hours sleep. If I can’t get 8 hours, I can make up by having a nap in the day. If I screw up for no reason then I start again.
