On to week 2!! I need to stay excited about this. A friend at the pool told me that I have “actress” arms. I think that is a good thing. How sweet! Apparently the push ups are paying off!

Accomplishing two goals at once – to swim and do start my push up regimen, I felt really good this morning.
Did my first set of push ups with Liz. We both did great.

half of them were the easy way—where you put your knees down. It is still progress. I will do more tomorrow morning. Full on w/o the knees and see how high I can go in number. I plan on doing them before I get into the pool in the morning.
So I wrote down the first 2 weeks of workouts. I will do these on my front porch in the mornings. I think it will be a good thing to wake up to… :)
So I am going to start over at week 1 TODAY!! even though I was actually at week 3 when I did this a few months ago. I think a newly 26 year old can do this.
I wonder what could help me get back into this. Probably creating a reward for this goal would be good. Like if I get back on it I can buy a new, expensive yoga mat. That is good motivation!!!!
