joined a body conditioning exercise class. its like aerobics but with weights. i find the class very challenging and fun and the pain of the work out only hits you the next day. i love it.

Today i realised my form of exercise was dancing i woke up at a 8:30 this morning had a shower had breakfast had my vitamins (multi and cod liver oil). i then decided to put some music on to get in the mood for revising. i really couldnt stop dancing so i got up and danced. i realised that this was a really fun exercise i already do but not often. so now i have decided to dance every morning i wake up so thats the exercise plan. now i can stop feeling guilty that i don’t exercise.
if i manage to do this regularly for a month then i know its going to become a habit then i’ll just put it on my done list.
