today i am sick, i didn’t eat anything today until 3 minutes ago, however i threw up (actually from sickness) my juice at about 2:00 so today afterschool i weigh 129!

Today I weighed 130.5 at the middle of the day however i had a tonne of bad food to eat yesterday. today i was strong but then i broke at chocolate which is bad becuase i gave it up for lent, so tomorrow officially starts the no junk for lent. No chocolate, no sugar, no chips, no pop, no nothing. Today i did arabesques and they looked a bit better, i can’t wait until i have a barre thoguh.
I hope to do some more crunches and lower back things today. and possibly some arm circles. Here is my plan for tomorrow. tea for breakfast, apple slices for lunch, lettuce leaves for dinner. and a tonne of water in between

Today after school the scale said 130.5 i am so happy, and motivated

So today the scale said 131.5 so i am excited, and so motivated to keep going one and a half more pounds!

I have lost my two pounds! :D I think i may actually have lost 3 so i am really excited, i can keep doing this 2 pounds a week for six more weeks thats 12 pounds which will end in a final weight of 120 pounds and a bmi of 17.7 or if i go for 5 weeks a weight of 122 and a bmi of 18.0

Today for breakfast I had half a muffin a vitamin and a glass of 0 cal juice. For lunch i will have the same just with out the vitamin. Off to do some situps before school

OK planks done and drink acquired so now its time to relax im going to put on the contemproary music(kurt bestor is the best) and then grab le chem textbook and get stretching. Ps i did awful with the eating thing i must have had like 3000 cal -eugh yuk i am fat ok well tomorrow is a new day.

So I just did my 200 situps and my 100 but lift/excercise things
and now i am off to stretch my straddle. I might go and do some clave raises but im not too sure. Ahh now I feel good like i accomplished something. So here the plan.
Go get a drink
do a plank for 30 s x 3
then stretch straddle splits while studying chemistry
change the wash load

ok so this is the revised plan
loose 14 punds by june
this would be the best goal but i have given myself the extra two months incase i need it
Week of feb 19 have lost 2 pounds
week of feb 26 have lost 4 pounds
week of march 5 have lost 6 pounds
week of march 12 have lost 8 pounds
week of march 19 have lost 10 pounds
week of march 26 have lost 12 pounds
week of april 2 have lost 14 pounds
here are my rewards
loose four pounds do a scidoku and buy new body spray
loose six pounds download a new itunes song
loose 8 pounds buy new hair elastics
loose 10 pounds miss a day of situps
loose 12 pounds buy new flip flops(i think brown and navy)
loose 14 pounds use my new purse
and i am going to do 200 situps a day
thats my goal….wish me luck

ok so i just had dinner and all i ate was 3 cut up peices of celery and some water.
I never did get to do those crunches so off i go now
