Worth the experience, but not yet all I’d hoped it would be, and being away from everyone I love is hard, especially with how epensive phone calls are.

My HSMP was approved after I appealed, so now I need to find a job and a place to rent. I’ll be in England. Not my dream place, but closer than where I am now. My relationship with my Italian sweetie pie is better than ever right now, so things are progressing nicely.

I’ve applied and am awaiting a response from the UK’s Home Office. It’s just a wait and see thing at this point. Had a satisfying short trip to Italy in March – I loved Milan so much I’m wondering if I shouldn’t try moving there instead of England.
