So abseiled down a 100ft building and was surprisingly not scared and it did not necessarily fulfil my desires for exhiliration. Will leave this on here as need to find an abseiling weekend with really big rocks to throw myself down….

Have the opportunity to abseil down the side of a building and have been umming and ahhing over whether to do it. However have not been able to get on here (long story re internet access – still not sorted and am sat in a kids warehouse currently!) and so had forgotten it was one of my goals. Now I have realsied I put it as a goal am going to have to do it!
