take a yoga class

I have just found two yoga centers, and am going forward with taking a class! I’m excited, and have decided to try the Birkram yoga first. Number one because it cost about 20 dollar less than the other yoga center and Number two, it has been said to improve energy and happiness.

If that does not work out, I guess I would try the other yoga. I’m very happy because my parents have been very supportive with me taking yoga.
