I started working out again last week. I’ve been doing this nifty exercise ball workout, and I did it twice last week. I’ll try to do it more this week. I have also been reading this exercise plan for beginning runners. It was created to ease people like me into running again…the very slow way. It is just hard for me to find time to encorporate running into my schedule. I refuse to get up any earlier than I already do; my days are long enough as it is. So, that leaves me time after class, but before work…but then I would have to have enough time to run, shower, and eat something. I just don’t have the time for all of those things. I could do it after work, but I seldom have a second to spare for anything other than homework. I think my best bet will be to begin the running program when summer shows itself again. I’ll have some free time then.
