as superficial as this goal is, it has also been empowering. without realizing it, I had put weight loss and looking ‘young’ out of my reach.
it’s not feeling so any more, only about 10 lbs to go. i’d like to be ready for the Thailand trip at the end of March.
9 weeks, 10 lbs, then ready for the sun.
