My personal definition of a normal schedule is going to bed anywhere within the 9-11 PM range. Preferably 9-10. It also means sleeping 8-9 hours a night, and avoiding any more or less sleep. I’m currently working on lowering hours, but it’s hard. I’m going to bed around 2-4 AM and waking up around 11-12 on average. I can do it :)
