Went out with some pals, laughed a lot. It was good.

Now if I could only carry a smiling face every day of my life :-)

due to certain hardships. However, going forward, I will attempt to smile through the hardship

I was on vacay and I just had a ton of fun. People really love smiling people!!!

I haven’t done this as much as I should have for at least a week now. At least not as much to other people as I’d like.

Saw some of the pics today and I was actually revulsed at some of them.

My smile was toooooooooooooooooooooooooo WIDE. Toooo toooo wide that my eyes looked like slits. It was all TEEEEEEEEEEEETH. Gotta work on my smile. Even though I want to smile more, I want to refine it so I don’t look scary, which was what I looked like LOL

But come to think of it, it’s better to smile than not smile. At least it came from the heart.

Not just when I attended an event but also when I saw a girl in my apartment building. I turned around and asked her how she was while flashing a big smile. I will do this more often.

because since I began taking my meds for ADD, my lethargy has returned.
