So that’s why I’m removing this goal. It’s more like a practice, to review the day’s events, to calm down and be centred once again, and to be thankful for the day’s lessons and blessings.
I try to incorporate this into my daily working life, which is quite stressful – sometimes I have to take a short walk, breathe, get out of the office a bit, and my head is so much clearer after that.
