Learn to make the most outstanding Biscuits and gravy

It’s a darn good thing I am going home before my big 43. Cause my Aunt makes the most, and I say this with great pride, fantastic biscuits and gravy.

I am needing some pointers, this is what I am aspiring to.

Biscuits to be slightly crunchy on the outside, and as soft on the inside. Gravy should be thick and full of sausage and pepper with flavor that just takes over your whole head when you eat it.

This is Serious, very serious. I’ll be up to my elbows {umm.. in flour and sausage gravy} from the 5 of June till the day I turn the big “43”.

I’ve got to cement my position, you know.

FIND HOME

The place I belong, where I am wanted, needed. My home, not just a house I call home, or a place I was created. But, my home. Where I am wanted every day, all day.

I might not do this before I am 43, but I know I will get closer

These are the top two goals of mine.

So now I’ve the boyfriend who make me laugh more and soon to be lover who is the same man as the boyfriend.

Man I wrote this big ole long post about the Present Tarts and D sent me, but I think that at some point today when I was all emotional and junk, I forgot to hit submit.

So let me try again.

A few months ago, Tarts sent me a present, she sent me the most beautiful charm bracelet, it is perfect exactly all I wanted.

I never posted it, cause a couple months ago I put up the 3 charms I have for safe keeping, so that I would not lose them.

Well, they are safe all right, I can’t find them. So I am showing the bracelet and when I find them, I’ll then show the real deal to my sister.

D {he so loves me} sent me 2 yup, I said two. Penthouse letters magazines. They also sent me this wonderful letter, a picture Tarts and I drew one Sunday

I got a diva of a box, and three books. The one I wanted to read most I put up in a safe spot so I would not be tempted while I was studying for Finals. Apparently that book and the charms are hangin’ together having a party or something.

She also sent me the most beautiful shells I’ve ever seen, from her vacation. Corpus don’t have no shells like that at the Gulf.

I also got me a sand dollar, I’ve never had one of those before. So I just loved, loved my present.

She has the most amazing Beauty, not just physically, she has a light that shines from inside her. Her smile lights up and her eyes are just amazing.

Yes, physically she is stunning, but it’s her light that shines so brightly.

Hey it’s an easy one to accomplish. I’ll explain later why I have more than 43 things go do. I know that some of those will not be accomplished. So I am adding extra to make up for them.

Season all my Iron skillets

This is not as easy as it sounds, they are going to have to be burned in order to Season them. You spread oil on them and preferably put them in a fire. It makes them stick less.

Well I’ve no burning fire or huge bar bq pit.

So I’m going to use my oven, oh it’s going to make the biggest mess and all the darn fire alarms in the house will go off.

It has to be done though.
