Back here few weeks ago i wrote that i really wanted to become a vegan but was finding it difficult. Well now ‘ve finaly become one. I’ve stocked up on soya milk, vegan mayonnaise and tofu. I will miss my quorn foods but i will manage. I found it a bit difficult when i was shopping at Marks and spencers. I hardly bought anything just three things cause most of the stuff wasn’t vegan. It also confused me reading thelabels. Things i thought are vegan didn’t have a vegan sigh. Still got t learn about that. As in the smoothie i had today it just said suitable for vegetarian, will that mean vegans as well as there is only fruit in it?!
Glad i’ve finally become a vegan and will be sticking to it forever.
