...Ok, I needed to think of some new fun thing to keep me moving on my Lose 20 Pounds goal. So I started a fitness blog on Sweat365 where I can track my workouts and schmooze w/ like-minded folks. This is just the sort of thing to help keep things interesting. Yay!

2 lb. Down...

...18 lb. to go! I haven’t changed my eating habits all that much, but I’ve begun bicycling to work instead of driving …hooray, me!
DH and I are thinking about joining a gym together this fall. The darker and colder it gets, the less likely I am to want to exersize outdoors. But its ugly expensive. We’ll see.
2 lb. is a good start! picturing two packages of butter Whoo!

Off to a good start. I bicycled to work despite the rain, and ate with moderation (wellll, except evil movie popcorn last night—).
Tried to limit my coffee intake too, so I wouldn’t then need to stuff my face w/ food to soak it up.
It’s actually so much easier to give up certain foods than to part with coffee. I’m not even going there. At least for now…

It’s hard to decide to do what it takes to lose t.w.e.n.t.y pounds. Twenty pounds is a small child! Twenty pounds is my carry-on luggage! Twenty pounds… oy! But I’m determined. If I don’t get after it now (shortly after the birth of my 2nd child) I may never.
I don’t want to hide myself in enormous sweaters… I certainly don’t want to wear maternity clothes anymore (they’re not all that cute when you’re actually pregnant, let alone after!) so here goes.
More than luck, wish me patience! :-]
