read every book I own

I am finally getting rid of books I do not want. I am trying to acquire fewer books. I took the enormous time and energy to catalogue all the books I own. My books are now in an online library at:

More than 4000 books in my home. I have read a lot of them, but not more than about half. With college taking up so much time lately, I can only read a lot in the summer. I plan to read at least 100 books this summer.

I keep buying more books! I am reading about 10-15 a month besides Pulitzers. I hope I eventually start reading more than i am acquiring :)

I am hoping to stop acquiring books soon. HAH, that isn’t likely, but I keep thinking it might be. I have an enormous TBR pile and I add to it almost daily. I am hoping to read a Pulitzer novel and then follow it with at least one book I already own instead of one I borrow or buy or whatever. So far, I am doing okay. I read one Pulitzer, then one borrowed book, then 2 I owned. I just finished the second Pulitzer and am now reading a borrowed book. When I am done with it, I am absolutely going to read at least one, if not 2, books I own before starting the third Pulitzer.
