I ate fast food as recently as this past weekend. So, I am counting this as day 3 without. sigh a long road ahead of me
I ate at McDonald’s on Feb 1st. We had a snow day and the kids were making me crazy being in the house all day, so I took them to McD’s to play in the playplace. Then, we ate a late lunch.
I guess I have to start counting my days again…
I had Subway for lunch today. I had the Parmesan bread with pepperoni, genoa salami and ham. Vinegar, lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper and oregano. Nothing fried, nothing battered, no fatty mayo. Does that count as fast food? I was hoping not, but I can’t be positive. Anyone have an opinion?
This is harder to do than I expected. I eat fast food whenever I don’t have time to cook dinner. Since I am dieting, avoiding fast food is important. I have started over several times. Right now, today is the fourth day in a row I have avoided eating fast food. I hope I can jkeep going a few more.
