This semester I am taking much better care of myself. I clean my room almost every day (I rent a small room so it gets messy easily), and I try to cook more often for myself. I started buying mostly organic foods and I try to mostly eat vegetables instead of frozen junk (Although I am not gonna lie: I still eat Lean Pockets and Celeste pizzas! haha).

I am 19 and a sophomore in college. Last year I was able to take care of myself, but that was when I had a meal plan at school and lived in a community of other students. Also, all of my classes started after 1:10 PM. But now I live in a house and have my own room, I pay my own bills, I buy and cook my own food. Also, I have morning classes. It has been tough. I feel sick and weak lately and I know I need to eat better, I guess I am just not sure how to feed myself correctly, it’s very pathetic. I need to change and exercise more!!
