The problem with this is I always get bored…running on a treadmill is so boring, and running outside is so, “Oh gosh, I’m getting sweaty and this is taking too long”.
I really want to train my willpower and my body. I am going to try to start running to school (about a half-mile away) every day, there and back, even if I get sweaty and gross, I am going to try to start running everywhere rather than taking my bike. I will be a hot and sweaty mess, but who cares lol.
