I finally got myself a set of scales. I can tell that I’ve lost weight because of the way my clothes are fitting me now. I think I am going to weigh myself on Monday and see where I am. I think I am only going to weigh in once a week.
I have been told that losing 10 kilos is not something that I need to do. That I am small enough. Maybe that is true, but it will make me feel better if I do it. So I am sticking with my goal.
are eating very healthy, and I am on a strict pilates workout schedule five days a week. We walk every afternoon for exercise (speed walking) and we also walk everywhere we go. So hopefully it’ll all start coming together and the weight will start coming off.
I think I am going to buy a set of scales. The pair that we had here apparently broke. My brother-in-law is not the smallest person in the world by any means and he was always on them. And now I have no way of keeping a check on whether or not I’m meeting my goal. I’m thinking a nice digital set of scales would be nice.
