get a house and soon

i am so proud to say that i did not give up. i signed contracts and had money down on 4 houses, and each deal fell. i finally found the perfect place on almost 4 acres, and got it. i still don’t know how i could get a loan when almost every bank in america is broke, but i did. it is great to have a place of my own again.

i am too old to live with my mom, lol. but it is alot of fun to spend time with her, and i can save money at the same time. i have signed contracts on 3 separate homes, and with each one, a minimum of 800.00 of inspections and appraisals. i was to close in one day on the last one, when the appraisal of the property fell 30,000.0 short. well, i guess i will find a house when i find one. it will happen when it is supposed to.

since i started on 43 things, i can say it has spurred me into action. i want to get a house, and this week i was preapproved for a loan, and i have selected a property to look at and possibly make an offer for. i am very excited about the prospect.

i think it is nearly impossible to find the perfect house. i had built the house of my dreams, and stupidly sold it. now i just want that house back. there is no other house like that anywhere, and it seems like all the other houses just fall flat. i have looked at 8 houses in the last 6 days. i found 3 that i might possibly be able to live in. really silly. i think i might just have to build another house. that would be ok too i guess.
