express my feelings freely

I’ve just broke up with my boyfriend or i’d better say he did.He just doesn’t beleive in me.Once I couldn’t see him for 2 months cos we’r in 2 different towns.To feel him near me,I found another boyfriend but he was the one I loved.when I told him what I had done he said I forget it.Try to make our relationship better and see each other more.now,after 6 months he says I can’t forget this matter and I don’t trust u.He wants to be alone and not to hear from me again.

I feel so down in the dumps that I just don’t know what to do
