My fiance has a nice little nest egg tucked away that we’re planning to use for a down payment on our first house. Since we don’t want a big place, don’t intend on ever having kids, and are planning to move to the beautiful Green Mountain State in a few years, we’re hoping we’ll to find a charming little one-story home within a year of getting married.
We also want to make sure our future pup has all the fenced-in backyard he needs to be happy and well-exercised.
