(unless you count take-out fried rice)and definitely don’t have any cravings for it.
The key is to move to a neighborhood where you have to walk past dozens of healthier alternatives and where you don’t speak the language well enough to order delivery.

I’ve pretty much kicked Mickey D’s, Burger King and KFC but I’ve gotten hooked on pizza delivery since I moved. So my short-term goal is to not order pizza for a month… if I get home late, tired and not in the mood for cooking, I have to touch everything in the fridge and freezer and then either call Sherpas and get a real meal delivered or get local take-away that’s at least half vegetables.
