It may not be much, and I certainly can’t call this goal finished, but I did put in the PM Stretch DVD and actually did the entire 30 minute routine.I could not believe how out of shape I am. Trying to lay on my back and point one leg up made the leg that was up shake like crazy. Still, I feel really good for actually doing it.

I guess before I do this, I should clean out the bedroom that the weight bench is in so that I can actually SEE the weight bench. In order to do THAT, I need to clean out my storage unit so that I’ll have room to take the stuff that’s piled on and around the weight bench.
Maybe I’ll just learn yoga.
