I struggled with my weight my whole life until about 5 years ago I was NEVER fat, but I felt I was. My battle with anorexia almost killed me. Now I do eat. In fact, I ate too much. About 2 weeks ago I joined the gym. I work full time and go to school full time so I struggle with finding time to go. I WILL lose this weight. I have to I am tired of sweat pants and baggy t-shirts. I am tired of hating myself. I am 5’7” and 160 pounds. (27 YO female) I would love to weigh 130 that would be great. I would also love to one day do a mini triathlon.
