stop being shy about singing

ha its so funny.. i can get up on stage with anyone else and sing .. sing my heart out.. i used to be so brave.. way back in 8th grade i was just about the first person to ever do a solo.. haha alex remembers.. moving up day i had to sing in front of our class “wind beneath my wings” .. i don’t know why its so hard for me now.. senior year when i did my last solo i was so nervous.. so nervous.. now i bet you could never get me back on stage by myself.. at least not for a while.. duets i’m in.. solos i can’t do it anymore.. i can’t even sing when someone is just sitting right next to me.. plenty of times my cousin says to me “sing for me”.. he’s heard me sing before plenty of times.. but i just can never do it.. i start laughing and just change the subject.. god its so weird sounding but i long to sing for someone again.. someone who wants to hear it..
