Tuesday: Run. Shin splints from new hills from walking up them in sandals annndd running up them are killing me. Shiet. Must not cause further injury or just bike or visit the campus gym for a few days… 2/5
Wednesday: Uhh, I’m not really sure if I consider some of the day’s activities as exercise… Uhh… I guess a 2/5 day…

Fail for this week because of the long car ride. I probably won’t find time this week as I get adjusted, either. Hmmm. I shall have yo restart.

I guess that’s the challenge of this goal, though—making time for it when there isn’t any time to make.



Week 2 success, but

So yeah, week 2 success, but now I’m embarking on a two or three day car ride, so let’s face it: there’s about a zero percent of this continuing for the next week.

It’s probably a good thing, too—my plantar fasciitis has been flaring up pretty badly, and it deserves a rest. I shall have to eat quite sparingly, though, to make up for lack of exercise. Losing weight for my sports injury should still be a goal, methinks.

Wednesday: Nice 30 minute or so run that challenged me. 1/5
Thursday: Who knows what I’ll do today? I woke up with an awfulll charley horse and I’m still sore from Monday so blahhh. Went for a bike ride, though. 2/5
Friday: Sat on my assss!
Saturday: Tennis and a walk with my mom. 3/5
Sunday: Sat on my assss!
Monday: Nice run. 4/5

That’s partly because this was quite an abnormal week, though.

Wednesday: Blah. This goal might not get done this week, seeing as when I went on a bike ride, I crashed (from sheer stupidity!), and have some pretty bad cuts, bruises, and joints that hurt pretty badly when I move them. We’ll see, though. Still 2/5, I guess.
