Karma debts

As I go through the backlog of poor money management, cleaning out the cobwebbs of “when I get money, I’ll straighten that out,” nothing has brought me more pleasure than paying off a karma debt. These are the debts that people have accumulated out of the kindness of others, helping me with words like “I know you’ll pay me when you can.” It was about six years that passed since I paid off a debt recently. It felt so much more rewarding to pay it back than it was to receive the generosity so many years ago. They say karma is a bitch, but really, she’s forgiving and welcoming of our change and growth.
