the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to completely change your life as you have been living it. change your diet and develop an excercize schedule…and stick to it. You have to continue it throughout your entire life. I lost a ton of weight with the southbeach diet. just google it. the first site that comes up is the official site that you have to buy a subscription for. if you continue to search, you can find a site that has blogs, advice, and lists of foods you can and can’t eat. people even share their recipes on the blogs. when you hear south beach diet, youre thinking maybe you’ll only be able to eat a rice cake a day? it’s not that bad…i promise.
also, belly dancing. i got a video and do this for about 45 minutes a day. it’s so fun and totally sexy. the boys will appreciate it. wink. i do this each morning and my two year old and three year old love to try to do it with me.
