So, for all you guys trying to figure out who to listen to, here are my latest finds that are incredible:

1- Regina Spektor. Good songs are Baby Jesus, Pound of Flesh, Apres Moi, Poor Little Rich Boy, Sailor Song. (She’s my absolute favorite singer in the world)
2- Bebe. She’s Spanish, really really cool. Good songs are Siempre Me Quedara and Malo
3- Ingrid Michaelson. Awesome songs and singer. Get Die Alone and The Way I Am and Starting Now

I just came across an amazing newish band: Eisley, album: Room Noises, great song: Marvelous Things. Wow. It’s so beautiful. Though I would not recommend this to anyone who tends to lean towards heavy metal and punk only. This has totally made my week. Anyone here heard of them?

I randomly found an incredible CD last time I went music shopping. The band is called The Beautiful Girls (they’re actually 4 guys from Australia) and the album is We’re Already Gone. Has anyone else heard of them? If you like reggae or ska you’d probably like them….that’s one of my favorite types of music and so I’m soo glad I found them. They remind me of Pepper.
It’s like Christmas morning when I find a good CD like that. And it’s even better when I can support a band that’s not well-known.
