seems to work best for me. I like having targets for the day/week.
Down to 182lb from 187lb last week.



I went back to my start weight. 3 years ago

I blame the vending machines which are everywhere on campus. And a lack of will power :D
Steps to take : Walk to college/work
Prepare packed lunches
Drink more water

My current weight is 175lbs, so my target is 126lbs.

I really need to take the leap with this goal – enough putting off. I’m doing this to feel healthier and happier with my appearance.
