this is a lovely way to help others

I want to establish a company and employ people (not necessarily myself but this can be the case though) just to:
- let them grow and expand
- pay them money they deserve
- help them conquer their fears
- make them and their families happy
- give them opportunity to work and do what they love to do
- generate benefits for customers and make them happy as well
- pay off for all the favours I receive from all the wonderful people who show me the possibilities and help me grow (no words are able to express the gratitude I feel deep down)
And so, I will help myself.
