the phrase in the middle: have courage to change the things I can. However, I would cross out courage and replace it with, say, energy/motivation.

have the courage to make the difference. and to make the difference. and the difference. to make. the difference.

This has served more as a reminder but still, I need to work on it. And it serves a great portion of encouragement in hard times like these… Thanks to you who first started this goal on 43T!

Sorry if this entry won’t suit the heading but I have to post it somewhere
Well, to certain extent it does relate to the above

I’m so amazed by the progress I have done over the last year
I know
Sometimes people make wrong decisions
but still any decision is better than no decision
Sometimes they will regret
Sometimes they will be correct
I’m wondering how I dare to be grateful for underestimation
But surely I am

It’s a learning experience that pays me off with increased self-esteem which is what I really appreciate

I still have it in mind that
There are always at least two ways out

my attitude whereas changing the nature of a man is impossible as such

their willingness to hurt me
I can change my attitude
and refuse the ‘gift’
and stay intact

It’s me apparently who decides
Whether I want to be happy or sad
Whether I want to feel alright or hopeless
Whether I want to go forward or step back
I know how to do it!!!!!

Moreover,
I have the courage to state my limits
I have the courage to say I disagree
I have the courage to create my realm

the difference

sometimes it doesn’t come evidently
need to be patient and get on well with my spirituality to find it out
but finally, it always comes in

it’s still a kind of magic
but an extremely fulfilling experience
