Re-joined the YMCA. Been doing some yoga. Getting better. Not really stressing on it. But gosh do I feel wonderful after a yoga class!

I’ve gone to a few classes at the YMCA. I’m getting better. I just read Eat, Pray, Love – so that is an inspiring story about the benefits of yoga and meditation. My goal is to do the front splits! I’ve wanted to do this since I was in middle school and Kathy M. got on the cheerleading squad. I probably shouldn’t talk about jealousy and yoga in the same post – but motivation is a funny thing.
I took a beginner’s yoga class at the YMCA before Christmas. I really liked it and I was sore as hell for a few days. The class meets on Mondays, but I have my computer class so I’ll have to find a different day.
