Note to self: Another good one to have would be to have a marguarita with a friend after work one day. I can’t remember when I last had a drink—years?

So many places to go, so little time! Only one week left to prep and I can’t believe it’s already almost time to go!

I was smashed in a car accident 5 years ago—really nasty, it totalled my car and broke my sternum.

Well, we finally settled the case out of court, and I received a check from my attorney today that is more money than I’ve ever seen in my life.

I stayed too late at work on a Friday. The Homecoming Parade is going on below my window, and I can’t get my car out to go home right now. The students are hilarious. I think I’ll go to Homecoming every year from now on!

I appreciate what an adventure it’s been to fly up to Washington regularly. When I was young I never thought about whether I would like to travel for work, but really, I do so much. Thank God for the smaller advertures, too.
