whenever i get nervous i get these intense physical symptoms, sometimes its just a stomach ache, other times i feel like i cant breathe, or my head starts hurting so much that it turns into a migrane headache and then theres no going back from there, the only thing that’ll make me feel better is crawling into bed and sleeping for a bit.
i really want to learn some relaxation techniques so i can learn how to deal all of this in a more productive way. i’m trying to avoid the whole medication route bc right now thats just not for me, and i’d prefer to try some kind of behavior therapy.
