But the truth is, we are the animal spirit, you are the spirit, the spirit is you. You are the same, and you are one.

But, I need to know how to bring out the animal, as I’ve already mentally shifted. I need to know if I need to make a potion of some sort, if I need to be bitten, or to have a spell cast on me.

I just need to know, and quickly.
