Donate blood

I NEED TO STOP PROCRASTINATING. Seriously..

They have been calling and calling and I have never been home to answer. I SO BADLY want to donate right now, but I’m not sure how long I’ll have to wait after getting surgery. I need to check ASAP.

I’m getting more and more nervous with this. I truly don’t know if I can do it. I’m getting so terrified when it comes to needles. Ever since I saw my friend get the inside of her ear pierces I can’t stand anything piercing the skin. I got two IV’s today and those made me want to faint. I’m still determined to do it though, as long as I eat properly before and after, and get a good rest I should be fine.

I need to get this goal completed. I keep making plans and I keep getting distracted. I will. I will.

We didn’t get around to it. We had a HUGE snow storm and we thought it would be smarter to stay indoors. I made my dad promise me to make an appointment, that way we are pretty much forced to go! :D

I think I might be going with my dad this Friday. They arn’t usually open on weekdays, and thats a bummer for me cause I usually work or have other plans on the weekend. But it’s open from 9:00AM – 1:00 PM so my dad and I are going to go (hopefully)

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve updated, but I’m on here daily, just nothing is new to report. I still really want to donate blood, I think I’m going to go with Vanessa soon :)

I have to get on this! I keep saying I’m going to but I never get around to it. Schools already started so I blew my goal to do it before the end of summer. Maybe I should make it my ‘personal challenge,’ that way maybe I’ll actually get it done!

I’ve talked to both Melody and Vanessa. We all want to donate, and we all want to do it soon. Hopefully before the end of the summer! :D
