I had to cut my contact with facebook today because I felt stressed being on there but mostly because of a new friend contact from school. We had been boyfriend & girlfriend briefly in year 8, of which I had completely forgotten, & only now has he re contacted me. He is engaged, has a 12 year old daughter to someone else though, but we have so much in common. I have developed feelings for him in the love area & feel it is wrong so I have had to say goodbye for now. He feels the same as in feelings for me but could be coming from his side as he loves me as a friend, but he says he hasn’t ever felt this way before & says we are meant to be connected & he has told his daughter about me, sends me xo’s all the time, wants me to go to the music evenings at his work, have tea together etc but he mentions so many loving things about his fiance & that she would like me so I am confused too…but how I am feeling right now, I don’t want to be in this situation if it is causing me pain in my heart & life. It isn’t good for anyone concerned & if it WAS to develop into something, then it would have to be if we were both single & not in a relationship where it would potentially harm another. So I think I did the right thing :)

I am sending him love from my heart & soul though xo & I will do a prayer too … I have been crying, but also due to my sister, & also at my own situation too …

This must be the changes that are happening, neither bad nor good, but to be seen as neutral !

Well, I resolved the stress I had with my sister in law over an email ~ we both said it is better we keep our distance especially with everything that has been happening in the family dynamics – no facebook, no emails etc ~ so this is obviously a good thing seemings I had prayed to the Universe to clear any relationship connections that weren’t for my highest good ! I think it is good to send cards & to have a pleasant connection & not all this with writing letters about my mum & her issues with her etc & me working in the same office as my mum etc etc etc…it is just creating tension so this is more positive I feel.

Also my flatmate is leaving soon. So this is also another sort of connection that is most likely not for my highest or her highest good so this will soon be ending & they say when one thing leaves it leaves room for something better which is comforting. I will pray for a good ending of the relationship in positive ways for both of us…:)

So cutting all cords that no longer serve a positive purpose in my life NOW & in the most gentle & loving way possible for all concerned.

I did a cord cutting from my ‘womb’ last evening of any & all present / past lovers / relationships that no longer serve a positive purpose with love ~ I felt an immediate cutting of cords from my womb area which is where often relationships draw on energy – as in ‘energy hooks’ etc…

I also ask that you comfort the people that have been attached including myself if I have been attached to them & that really loving relationships result for all concerned…xo

I feel that this is necessary because I am feeling drained at times & arguments in my family – more so with me & my mum or whether that is coming through from other family members – I am not sure, have to be cut PERMANENTLY !

Everytime I feel that an argument is arising, I am going to breathe, shield in GOLD LIGHT & PINK ! Apparently Gold is good to keeping focussed on ones purpose / goals etc & stops any negativity from others & Pink is good for if you are around argumentative situations or angry people. It also helps to soothe any situation with love & peaceful feelings…mmm

Was thinking of a ‘certain’ guy thismorning whilst waking up. Not sure why though ? Hmmm. I immediately cut the cords that are unnecessarliy draining between the two of us & asked Archangel Michael for assistance…I have read about this & apparently this angel cuts the cords immediately & will only cut those connections/cords that are damaging. The healthy attachements that are benefitting both people will remain…:)

So I am doing this will all exes, current love connections/thoughts of guys I like & vise versa & all relationships with family, friends, relatives, aquaintenances & even internet type connections…only the healthy part of the relationship will blossom into one of true loving & supportive & enhancing connections.

I went through a process of physically & mentally cutting all cords that no longer serve a positive purpose in my life to current & past lovers/boyfriends but also any other cords with relationships I currently have with friens/family/aquaintences etc…

This process cuts the damaging or non positive aspect to the relationship but keeps the positive part intact.

Apparently the relationship will change for the better for me & the other person etc…if the relationship is meant to continue it will, if it won’t then things will change also.

I have also read to call on Archangel Michael to help with the process of cord cutting too. Of which I have done…

It is funny, my mum hasn’t really come to me anymore about my brother & sister in law apart from a little bit, of which I didn’t react like before & just listened. This went well. Also happy christmas greetings with T & a nice conversation with N.

I don’t feel as drained & scattery which is good, but feel a little saddened, but that might be christmas etc blues of which I might be picking up on generally.

I also cut all cords to Fredrik & sent all these souls to the light & released them with love & honor !

This you can learn from the book on Soulmates by Stacey Demarco & Jade-Sky or from books written by Doreen Virtues. I like Doreen Virtues in that she incorporates the Archangels for assistance too. But both are very helpful.

• apparently if you are feeling drained this can be someone draining your energy through these energy ‘cords’. These need to be cut off !
• when I feel drained I invoke archangel Michael & cut the cords immediately. I feel an immediate sense of relief & surge of energy or divine guidance comes through which helps to rest.
• also shielding in blue light stops energy sapping people from draining ones energy ! Imagine you are shielded in a blue clear film of plastic. This stops anyone sapping your energy. The person or persons will go from you.
