have done this, but need to trim the frangipanni tree soon…& then the vege / herb garden. Our herbs in pots which are in the garden are growing well though.

the herbs in our pots are growing beautifully. I would love it if we re-landscaped so we could design a herb filled garden :)
Did get all trees trimmed but the vege/herb garden has gone astray apart from the herbs in our pots. We had so much rain these past months so flooding was an issue, & our yard is very shady.
My partner is going to put all our worms from our worm farm in the garden until we find a solution & can commit to a vege/herb garden.
Don’t seem to have the time for this & not sure where we can actually plant the vegies so they will florish ???
Leaving this one up to the Universe for now
Replanted the mint, parsley, italian parsley, oregano…
My other vege seedlings have been munched on ! Need to spray – bought a natural spray.
Priced some sleepers (my partner did) for the vege garden
Made a really nice fruit juice with mint in it from the garden but noticed the mint is being eaten by some insects. So I got some spray that is natural to deter them ~ pyrethrum & garlic etc
My partner is also making a vegetable garden edge so I can plant the seedlings too :)
All the seedlings are growing beautifully & the other herbs.
Need to plant the mint now & vegie seedlings this weekend.
contacted him but no answer yet ? will ring him for another quote…
Planted the following seedlings to germinate -
rocket
beetroot
bok choy
spinach
mixed lettuce
parsley (replanted)
basil (replanted)
cos lettuce
no carrots etc as we need to do the vegie garden…hmmmm
Have bought & started beautiful terracotta pots with a variety of herbs, spring onions, lavender, mint & wheat grass (which is soaking & needs planting tonight)...
We planted them 2 weekends ago now but when we came out one morning the possums had eaten alot of the buds of the herbs !
I have heard of a natural possum spray that you can spray that helps not only the plants/herbs to grow but keeps away the possums too – will look at Bunnings tomorrow :)
We also bought strawberries & ivy to put in pots as well & an outdoor setting.
