Yesterday I got into some mini cadbury eggs, but today is a fresh start. So far I’ve had some pancakes I made with skim milk and extra egg whites for protein. Thankfully, all the cadbury eggs are gone so I don’t have any big temptations in the house.

After years of trying, I finally lost 50 pounds this year, and now I have 30 more to go. I started at 210 pounds last march and should be able to finish at the beginning of June. That means losing 1.5 pounds every week.

I really recommend fitday.com for tracking food and exercise. One of the best free services out there!
