It fell apart a bit before Easter cause we had a final and people couldn’t be bothered to work out at the same time. Anyway, gained a few kilos over the two weeks that I was home at my parents and in Paris, but now I’m back at the gym working out three times a week and doing strengthening exercises (I’ve never done that before, ever). So I hope I’ll tone up sooner or later..

I’ve completely fallen in love with SparkPeople and it’s highly recommended. You meet people with the same goal as you, in the same age group, you can track calories eaten and burned, and they even set up a food- and exercising plan if you want them to. It’s great!

Uhm.. I had a final before Christmas, so I didn’t work out much then, and after Christmas it just fell apart.. But now I’m back, with the cheapest membership you’ll ever see (100NOK, $15) for two years. It’s at my school though, so there’s limited equipments, but who cares.

I started with playing badminton for 2 hours and running for 20 minutes. My body hurts. I forgot to stretch after the badminton session =(

I just need that final kick in the ass to start excercising. And I think I got it from my doctor. My asthma is worse than it has been now, so I need to start training. I eat healthy, but I’m a lazy bum.
