It fell apart a bit before Easter cause we had a final and people couldn’t be bothered to work out at the same time. Anyway, gained a few kilos over the two weeks that I was home at my parents and in Paris, but now I’m back at the gym working out three times a week and doing strengthening exercises (I’ve never done that before, ever). So I hope I’ll tone up sooner or later..
I’ve completely fallen in love with SparkPeople and it’s highly recommended. You meet people with the same goal as you, in the same age group, you can track calories eaten and burned, and they even set up a food- and exercising plan if you want them to. It’s great!
