I meditated Sunday – and again today (tuesday).
Today, I drifted asleep a little in the middle.
practice, practice, practice…
Need to make some “space” for my thoughts and feelings…

I’m trying to stick to morning meditation before work, even if this sometimes causes me to be late for work. The best is when I wake up early enough to meditate before I wake the kids up for school. Then I have time for a very quiet meditation, and we’re all on time.
