I’ve become a “weekday vegan”.
I allow myself an egg white once a month (breakfast with my wife), a piece of chicken and a piece of fish each weekend.
and no more.

No coffee, no cola, no chocolate.
I have to also increase the fruit and vegtables.
Just got myself a Ornish book – only to discover he’s a bit extreme…
Still, good to have this on the list…

doing any better. Mostly “sinning” with coke and chocolate – the deadly (wonderfull) combination…
I keep telling myself I’ll start doing this as soon as some of the other things fall into place. “Yeah. Sure.”
Mostly I have to cut out the coka-cola, chocolate, pizza and felafel, and add more fruit and vegetables. That should do it. Easier said than done…
