Somehow -

even though I really want to walk more – it doesn’t happen…


I’ve started walking home from work (when I can) – about 45-50 mins. 2-3 times a week.

Helps to clean the clutter in the brain, and come home feeling good.

Got back on the stepper at home this morning

after a very long break…

it felt good!!

now, I have to try to keep it up!
